1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing IPTVUK.store or subscribing to any of our IPTV packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not order or access our services.

2. Description of Service

IPTVUK.store provides subscription management, streaming connection routing, and technical configuration support for third-party media players (such as TiviMate, IBO Player, and IPTV Smarters Pro). We do not manufacture media hardware or author proprietary media player software.

3. Connection Limits & Multi-Room Usage

Subscribers must adhere strictly to the connection limits specified in their chosen plan:

  • Single Connection Plans (Standard): Permit exactly one (1) active stream at any given moment. You may install your credentials across multiple household devices, but streaming concurrently on two screens will result in automated stream termination or temporary account lock.
  • Multi-Room Plans: Permit simultaneous streaming across 2, 3, 4, or 5 devices sharing the same domestic residential network IP address.
  • Account Sharing Prohibited: Reselling, sub-licensing, or sharing credentials with external parties outside your primary household is strictly forbidden and results in immediate termination without refund.

4. Zero Auto-Renewal Guarantee

We operate a strict zero automatic billing policy. Your debit/credit card will never be charged on a recurring automated cycle. Prior to expiration, you will receive a manual renewal invitation on WhatsApp. You retain complete control over whether to renew or let the account expire.

5. Technical Requirements & Customer Responsibilities

Subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring that:

  • They possess a compatible playback device (Firestick, Smart TV, Android box, or PC) with adequate hardware processing capabilities.
  • Their home broadband connection provides at least 15 Mbps download bandwidth for Full HD and 40 Mbps for 4K streaming.
  • They configure local home router security settings (such as disabling Virgin Media Web Safe or BT Smart Setup) if domestic ISP filters interfere with streaming packets.

6. Third-Party Media Applications

Third-party player software applications (TiviMate, IBO Player, SmartOne, etc.) operate independently of IPTVUK.store. Any developer licensing fees charged by application developers are paid directly to those third parties and are governed by their respective terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

IPTVUK.store shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from internet service provider outages, hardware failures, or domestic network disruptions. Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the current subscription term.

8. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any revisions will be published directly on this page with an updated timestamp.
